Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, 0800 – 1630 Monday to Friday

Location: Roosendaal 4704

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 per year (This includes a 13th month payment)

Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + 7 Bank Holidays + 8 Discretionary Days Off Per Year + Holiday bonus pay

We’re on the lookout for a Supply Chain Coordinator to take charge of inbound and outbound goods processes at our third-party logistics (3PL) provider. This role involves ensuring timely documentation for assigned accounts and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

1: Order Management: Process and oversee orders in JD Edwards, ensuring seamless management from PO receipt to customer invoice, covering manual, portal, and EDI orders.

2: Documentation: Document and confirm critical customer details such as leads times, pricing, program compliance, item numbers, shipping addresses, terms and discounts.

3: Communication: Respond promptly to internal and external communications via email, chat, and voice calls within a 24-hour timeframe.

4: Returns Handling: Create and process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) for customer returns, and assist in researching claims for overages / shortages.

5: Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, maintaining accurate records through customer website access to meet expectations.

6: Shipping Optimisation: Collaborate with 3PL on shipping, special requirements, and scheduling to minimize freight costs and fines.

7: Proactive Communication: Proactively communicate changes or potential issues with Customer Service and Operations teams regarding shipments, inventory, or other requirements.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications – Required for This Role:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service and Warehousing roles.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with well-recognised Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with preference for Oracle-based experience, specifically JDE.
  • Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrated strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Analytical Abilities:

  • Strong organisational skills with acute attention to details.
  • Ability to analyse data and present well-founded recommendations to management.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in intermediate-level usage of Word, Excel, Internet, and keyboarding skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate effectively within a warehouse environment, displaying awareness of associated risks and adherence to health and safety requirements.
  • Capability to sit for prolonged periods during computer work, exceeding 5 hours per day.
  • Occasional travel may be required (including to UK offices).
