1. Introduction
Your Recruiters Limited (“the Company”) is committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in all its
forms. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners acting on behalf of the Company.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to:
- Reaffirm the Company’s commitment to ethical business practices.
- Prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within the Company’s operations and supply chains.
- Ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
3. Definitions
Modern Slavery: Encompasses slavery, servitude, forced labor, and human trafficking.
Human Trafficking: The recruitment, transportation, or exploitation of individuals through force, fraud, or coercion.
4. Policy Statement
Your Recruiters Limited:
- Prohibits all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chains.
- Expects all employees, suppliers, and business partners to comply with this policy.
- Will not tolerate any breaches of this policy and will take disciplinary or legal action where necessary.
5. Responsibilities
5.1. Company Leadership
The Board of Directors and senior management are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and
providing resources to combat modern slavery.
5.2. Employees
All employees must:
- Read and understand this policy.
- Be vigilant and report any concerns about modern slavery.
- Comply with the Company’s standards in their own work and interactions with suppliers.
5.3. Compliance Officer
The Compliance Officer, Michael Clapton, is responsible for monitoring compliance, providing guidance, and
investigating reports of modern slavery.

6. Supply Chain Management
Your Recruiters Limited will:
- Conduct due diligence to assess the risk of modern slavery within its supply chains.
- Require suppliers to agree to the Company’s ethical standards and provide evidence of compliance.
- Terminate relationships with suppliers who fail to meet these standards.
7. Training and Awareness
The Company will provide training to employees and key stakeholders to:
- Raise awareness of modern slavery and its indicators.
- Equip employees to identify and report concerns.
8. Reporting Concerns
Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspicions of modern slavery in confidence and without

9. Monitoring and Review

Any employee, supplier, or business partner found to be in breach of this policy will face immediate action, which may include termination of contracts, dismissal, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
