Job Title: Bread or Pastry Mixer – Bolton

Salary: £11.44 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Bolton

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM Paid 37.5 hours per week

About The Role

Machinery You’ll Be Working With:

• Bread Production: Spiral mixers, sheeters, hoppers, proofers, infeed conveyors.
• Pastry Production: Horizontal dough mixers, sheeters, rack ovens, flow wrap and shrink wrap machines, and manual packing lines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ingredient Preparation: Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mixing Doughs & Batter: Operate mixers to combine ingredients
• Monitoring Quality: Check dough texture, temperature, and elasticity to meet standards
• Maintaining Equipment: Clean and maintain mixers, bowls, and related equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in mixing and preparing dough for either bread or pastries.
• Familiarity with operating mixing and production machinery.
