Temp to Perm Position – General Operative (Linishing / Edge Cleaning)

Location: Northampton, NN5
Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift Patterns Available:

• Days: 7:00am – 3:30pm (Monday to Thursday) & 7:00am – 3:00pm (Friday)
• Afternoons: 1:00pm – 11:30pm (Monday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production by linishing and edge cleaning metal components and assemblies
• Use hand tools such as linishers, grinders, or rotary tools to achieve required finishes
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in your work area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential.
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
