Position: Career Coach (Recruiter) – Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP.

Location: Rothley, LE7 (Hybrid)

Hours of Work: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm, Mon – Fri (40hrs per week)

Salary: £13.00ph (D.O.E. and paid weekly)

This role is with a 30-year established training provider who deliver a 16-week government funded skills bootcamp training programme, that allows to students to live their dream as a HGV Driver.  There is no cost to the learners and there is no recruitment sourcing cost for the companies that employ them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibility is to promote learners as potential employees to 100’s of hiring companies that have requested candidate introductions from the skills bootcamp.
  • Outbound calling in your designated region introducing newly qualified HGV drivers to employers to gain interviews.
  • Send out targeted emails to hiring companies (with learner details) and be pro-active in making telephone call chase-ups & updates to client partners and your students.
  • Assisting new and upskilled professional drivers secure suitable job opportunities within the HGV transport industry.
