Position: Corporate Sales Manager – APAC

Location: UK-based with travel to Malaysia every 3 months

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to take full ownership of our Client’s APAC sales strategy, manage senior client relationships and drive new business growth across Malaysia, China, India and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the APAC region, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor and develop internal and external sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture. These will be based in Malaysia so experience with remote management would be an advantage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in major client accounts, handling negotiations and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving long-term growth across key APAC markets.
  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, reporting and performance analysis to optimise sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events, promoting brand awareness and market presence.
  • Travel extensively across APAC, with a requirement to visit Malaysia every three months, as well as occasional trips to the UK and Europe.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the aerospace or metals industry.
  • Strong track record of managing high-value client relationships and winning new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
