Temp to Perm Position – Press Brake Operative

Location: Northampton, NN5
Hourly Rate: £14 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake machinery to form precision sheet metal parts.
• Interpret technical drawings to complete accurate work independently.
• Work efficiently and maintain high quality across batches.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience operating press brakes in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can do attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within a team.
