Location: Northampton, NN5
Hourly Rate: £15 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assembly department and ensure timely dispatch of completed orders.
• Allocate tasks based on skills and production priorities.
• Monitor team performance, safety, and development.
• Liaise with the Production Manager on overtime, holidays, and production goals.

• Supervisory experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Good organisational and problem solving skills.
• A proactive leader with excellent communication.
