 Position: Quality Control Coordinator (Cantonese fluency Essential)!!

Contract: Temp to Perm Contract to Start ASAP!!

Location: Rubery, Birmingham B45

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5.30pm – Mon – Fri (1hr lunch)

Salary: £12.50ph – £13.46ph (£26,000pa – £28,000pa) dependent on exp.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Must have manufacturing or engineering industry experience.
  • Responsible for completing the product information on the datasheets. Microsoft Excel photoshop and Auto CAD shall be used.
  • Randomly checking the stock received, ensuring that the stock is meeting required standards.
  • Testing sample products and new products, producing testing report.
  • Managing spare parts.
  • Liaising with suppliers in China for any products defaults and arrange for future improvement plans.
  • Gather technical information from China suppliers.
  • Updating products data sheet on Excel.
  • Products / Spare parts control.
  • Product testing
  • Managing the inventory control system.
  • Checking returns.
  • Filing.
  • Emails.

What we require:

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, (Photoshop, and Auto CAD) -desirable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Numeracy literate.
  • Strong logical mind.
  • Good Organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
