Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
• Supervise, motivate, and support kitchen staff, maintaining high standards.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation with consistency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Support menu development, stock management, and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to inspire others.
• Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creative, high-quality food.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and contribute to menu innovation.
