Benefits:
Salary: £25,000 per annum.
Monthly Bonus: Up to £300.
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days holiday per year.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be at the forefront of managing a wide range of customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while handling queries from consumers, builders, architects, and contractors.
Your role will involve dealing with warranty claims, scheduling site visits with engineers, and escalating more complex issues to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information and support.
- Process warranty claims and assist customers with product-related issues.
- Liaise with engineers to arrange site visits for installations, inspections & repairs.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating serious matters to management.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track case progress.
About You:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within a technical or construction-related industry.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for both office and remote work.
