Role Overview:


As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients have a seamless and exceptional onboarding experience. You will be working closely with team members to refine and enhance current processes. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Onboarding Manager to join the team and help elevate onboarding processes to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the client implementation process for the SaaS platform.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth customer interactions and back-end support.
  • Review and refine current onboarding processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Make informed decisions and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client implementation within the SaaS market.
  • Strong administrative skills and highly organised.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in process improvement and refining workflows.
  • Resilient and capable of making decisions and challenging team members appropriately.
  • Experience in a larger business/team is advantageous, particularly if you're seeking to take the next step in your career.

What is the interview process?

There is a 2-stage interview process which will include one face-to-face meeting in the offices at Loughborough. This will include competency & values-based questions and a skills-based test that may require you to prepare a mini presentation.
