Are you an experienced Project Manager skilled in handling bespoke exhibition and point-of-sale projects?

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom-built exhibition projects across the UK and internationally. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality displays by coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Office based in Loughborough & onsite with clients (with UK and international travel)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to define project goals and deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Oversee on-site operations to maintain high quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, resources, and cost control, adjusting as needed to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing exhibitions or point-of-sale projects.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for project oversight.
