Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire (LE10)
Sector: Engineering Recruitment
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 3.30pm finish
Your Responsibilities:
This 360-degree Recruitment Consultant role offers the opportunity to build your own profitable recruitment desk while working in a competitive and rewarding environment. You will:
- Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, video, email, and social media.
- Source engineering talent through job boards, social media, adverts, and referrals for your allocated region.
- Promote candidates and sell the company’s recruitment services to clients, negotiating terms of business.
- Build strong relationships in a competitive marketplace.
