Job Title: Telemarketing Agent

Location: Shirley, Solihull B90
Hours: 
Monday to Friday, 35 – 40hrs per week between 8:30 am – 5.00pm / Part Time hours considered

Pay: £11.44 per hour (depending on experience) paid weekly + 28 days annual holiday entitlement

Benefits:  Pension contributions – commission accrued & paid once you’re permanent
Contract Type: 
Temporary job with Your Recruiters that may lead to permanent employment after 13 weeks service

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills during interactions.
  • Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using relevant software.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must possess strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous telemarketing / sales experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
