Job: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Longbridge, Birmingham
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay and Benefits: £12.21 per hour (depending on experience) paid weekly + 28 days annual holiday entitlement + pension contributions
Contract Type: Temporary job with Your Recruiters that may lead to permanent employment after 13 weeks service
We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join a successful team. In this role, you will contact businesses to generate leads and make qualified sales appointments. If you’re confident, diligent, and ready to work in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Outbound cold calling.
- Business to business.
- Appointment setting.
- Contact a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments and generate leads.
- Research relevant contact names and details to facilitate outreach efforts.
- Promote client services during calls, arranging appointments or selling services directly.
- Maintain a call monitoring system to ensure regular follow-up with potential clients.
- Update and cleanse computerised prospect data records for accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar telemarketing or sales role.
- Clear and engaging voice with strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and personable with a tenacious attitude.
- Desire to work within a sales environment and achieve targets.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
