In this role, you’ll be integral in resolving customer enquiries and contributing to the company’s continued success. Job Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Halesowen, Birmingham

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Benefits:
£11.50 – £12.00 per hour paid weekly (depending on experience) + 28 days annual holiday entitlement + pension contributions

Contract Type: Temporary job with Your Recruiters that may lead to permanent employment after 13 weeks service

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via email, phone, and live chat to address pre- and post-sale enquiries.
  • Proactively identify and solve customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and delivery services to provide accurate information.
  • Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
